Specific transactions have included the organization of corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies, the sale and purchase of business enterprises, mergers, equipment leases, intellectual property licenses, the acquisition and sale of a radio station, cell tower leases, and more than 100 new construction and substantial rehabilitation transactions, representing buyer-builders, sellers, and lenders.
The firm has substantial experience in structuring multi-source financings and particularly in the integration of public/private loans and equity participations for the acquisition, construction, and rehabilitation of multi-family housing.
