The firm’s business and financial practice spans three decades and a wide range of transactions.  It includes service to many types of enterprises,  from “mom-and-pop” businesses to large-scale non-profit enterprises, quasi-governmental authorities, and international and publicly-held companies.  

Specific transactions have included the organization of  corporations, partnerships,  and limited liability companies,  the sale and purchase of business enterprises,  mergers, equipment leases,  intellectual property licenses,  the acquisition and sale of a radio station,  cell tower leases, and more than 100 new construction and substantial rehabilitation  transactions,  representing buyer-builders, sellers,  and lenders.

The firm has substantial experience in structuring multi-source financings and particularly in the integration of  public/private loans and equity participations for the acquisition, construction, and rehabilitation of multi-family housing. 

In addition, the firm provides day-to-day advice, general contract services, and dispute resolution services to its enterprise clients, including, when necessary, litigation of their interests.
