Aileen Lachs
A partner at Mickenberg, Dunn, Lachs, Stewart & Smith since 1999, Aileen Lachs has been practicing law in the State of Vermont since 1994.  Ms. Lachs received her BA in Philosophy from Williams College in 1983 and a JD from Northeastern University Law School in 1994. 

Aileen has significant expertise in the area of family law.  She has represented men, women and children in a variety of family law matters throughout the State including:  divorces, civil union dissolutions, legal separations, paternity actions, relief from abuse hearings and adoptions.  She has also served as a guardian ad litem.  A trained mediator and graduate from the Divorce Mediation Training at Woodbury College, Aileen also offers mediation services for family law related disputes.
