
Mollie joined the firm in 2001 and has been a partner since 2006. She is a dual magna cum laude graduate of Vermont Law School, where she earned both her JD and Master of Studies in Environmental Law. She was also a member of the Vermont Law Review.
Mollie's primary area of practice is real estate law. She practices both residential and commercial real estate for a variety of businesses, including for profit and not-for-profit groups, as well as individuals. Mollie serves as primary legal counsel for the Champlain Housing Trust, Inc. (CHT)-the nation's flagship organization for affordable housing. She is also experienced in condominium law and development and has played an integral part in the establishment of major condominium projects like the City's Edge project in South Burlington.
Mollie's transactional practice extends beyond real estate. She counsels individual and business clients, including local condominium associations, on various legal issues and concerns. She is also actively involved in the firm's probate practice and helps individuals in all types of estate matters.
Mollie resides in Burlington and is actively involved in the local community, and she is a founding board member of the South Burlington Land Trust.
